Intellectual Property

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to any software or apps developed by the Company. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software or apps for their own internal business purposes. The client may not sell, lease, or transfer the software or apps to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Warranty

The Company warrants that the software or apps developed by the Company will be free from defects for a period of 6 Months from the date of delivery. If the client discovers any defects during this period, the Company will remedy the defects at no additional cost to the client.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software or apps developed by the Company. The Company’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided by the Company.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time of posting. The client should review these terms and conditions regularly.
